Brown Box

Brown box doesn’t always mean brown, and it certainly doesn’t mean a boring, standard template. While we have commonly-used sizes and shapes that can help reduce costs, we can also custom design and build boxes to hold just about anything. So if all 200 of your widgets with the thingamajig on top that are sold in the octagonal package need to be shipped together, you’ve come to the right people. We can do that.

  • Auto-lock bottom boxes autolock bottom brown box

    Folding and locking flaps on the bottom of the box add strength and durability, and are easily put together for pack-out/fulfillment. If you’re really anxious to kill more time with us, you can watch this video we found of these boxes being created on a folder similar to ours. We’re sure you’ll like their choice of music too if you ever watched TV in the 70s .
  • Bin boxes/dump bins Bin Box

    A corrugated bin in which you literally dump the product. Optional header for product information. Can be a counter container (bin box) or a large floor container (dump bin).
  • Built-up-blocks

    Multiple layers of single face board are glued together on a double face board to desired thickness. It is then cut into protective corners for products, used as filler in a hollow core doors, or cut into strips for pallet skids. Blocks can also be custom cut to wrap around a product to hold it in place for shipping.
  • Custom inner pads Custom Inner Padding

    Sheet of corrugated cut with a hole for the product to fit into to make a stabilizer in the center, top or bottom of the box. Or a corrugated sheet cut to box size to be placed on the bottom of the box and then between layers of product for protection.
  • File boxes File Box

    Designed to perfectly fit hanging or manila folders, our file boxes have either attached folded flap closures, or a separate lid. They can be printed on with logos, graphics or simple lines and areas in which to write information.
  • Hazardous materials cartons (UN/DOT Approved)

    In special cases where hazardous materials are being shipped or packaged, the containers must meet UN/DOT approval. Our testing ensures that your brown box will meet the standard requirements so that your materials arrive safely.

    Two separate pieces married together. The top of the box cover extends over at least two-thirds of the depth, and the bottom fits inside the top. (Like a shirt box.)
