Medeco High Security Locks

Client: Medeco High Security Locks
Project: Crime Prevention Kit
Request: Design a sales kit that will hold various brochures, samples of locks and an insert/sign with talking points for the police officer.

Solution:

  • Design a suitcase style sales kit with refillable divided pockets for brochures and custom fit partitions and pockets for the locks and other components.
  • Designed a trifold table top sign with talking points on one side and info for the consumer on the other side.
  • Graphic design by Medeco and CCC graphic designers.

Results: A compact durable sales kit that had met all of the customers requirements.


The Virginia Lottery

Client: Va Lottery through Qorvis as their PR/Advertising agency
Project: Harley-Davidson Live To Ride Scratch to Win counter display
Request: Design a counter display to hold brochure and feature new game. Use movement if possible.

Solution:

  • Designed an easel back display with pocket for brochure.
  • Design graphics to complement the look and feel of the agency designed campaign
  • Lug on showing the scratch off ticket
  • Lug on featuring the Harley-Davidson motorcycle popped off the display at an angle to be more 3D
  • Solar motor wavier at top for the “Win a Harley-Davison” SBS board sign
  • Option provided for a stationary version with a velcro dot and “Win a Harley-Davison” corrugated board sign
  • Two options for sign because they wanted to reuse solar motors from previous display and give option for retailers that did not have the motor to reuse.

Results:
Saved on display cost by reusing motors from previous display
Using motion and dimensional lug ons drew more attention to the display


VF Jeanswear

Client: VF Jeanswear
Project: Zellers 48×28 Hanging Pallet Display
Request: Design a pallet display that can either hang shorts or shirts with minimal changes to the tooling.

Solution:

  • Design a universal back panel that can be used on a 2 layer shorts hanging rack or a single layer shirt hanging rack.
  • Also gave the option to have a header or not depending on what garment was to be used.
  • Graphic panels hold the back panel and racks together to complete the display.
  • Graphic design provided by VFJ

Results:
Saved on tooling costs for cutting dies to be able to create 2 different types of hanging displays out of one basic display.
